How often should I service my aircon?

How often should I have my RCD’s and Switchboard inspected?
You should test your smoke alarms once a month to make sure they're working. To test your smoke alarms: Check that the light on the cover flashes. It should flash at least once every 60 seconds. RCDs (safety switches) are recommended to test every three months. If a property is tenanted you are legally required to have the RCD’s and smoke alarms checked by an electrician and issued with an ESC annualy.
